Who we are

The Casting Street is based in India and provides talent, event and creative production services globally. This notice explains how information is handled on our website and agency workspace. Our contact address is Hargovind Enclave, Chattarpur, New Delhi, India. Contact contact@thecastingstreet.com for privacy questions or requests.

This website supports project inquiries for agency review. Adult talent introductions with private photographs are also accepted for agency review. Applicable transfer arrangements and a detailed retention schedule must be finalized before production intake launches.

Information we handle

Website requests can include IP addresses, device/browser information and security signals. When you sign in, we handle account details, protected password hashes, sessions optional authenticator enrollment data when you enable it. We do not store your plain-text verification code.

Talent workflows may include name, email, phone, age, gender, location, professional details and portfolio photographs/videos. Approved talent can provide travel willingness, domestic or international availability and a self-declared valid-passport Yes/No status for agency planning and client casting briefs. Approved measurements, category-specific experience, travel availability and valid-passport Yes/No status can appear on public profiles; pending edits remain private. We do not request passport numbers or documents in the travel-preference form. In the separate authenticated identity-verification workflow, you may submit one or two private ID photographs showing your name, photograph and date of birth for identity and adult-age review. Cover document numbers and unrelated details where possible. Authorized administrators can review these files; clients and public visitors cannot. Project inquiries may include contact details, company information, service needs and project briefs. We keep review decisions, consent evidence and records needed to protect accounts. Private upload evidence links files to the submitting account or invitation, upload time and original file hash so the agency can investigate disputes. These records do not establish copyright ownership.

Submitting a project inquiry saves your contact details, project brief and consent record for agency review. Transactional emails confirm receipt and notify the agency. Adult talent introductions save personal/location details, consent and 2–6 private photographs for agency review. A short-lived upload grant temporarily saves your introduction while you upload; abandoned expired drafts and photographs are cleared. Submission does not create an account or publish your photographs. Country suggestions make a request to GeoJS, which receives your IP; inquiry submission and sign-in use Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use information

We use account information to provide access, review talent applications, manage approved profiles and portfolios, coordinate requested services and respond to communications. Security information helps prevent fraud, enforce rate limits and investigate misuse.

Where applicable, requested agency services and account administration support steps toward or performance of an agreement. Account protection and service operation may rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law and your rights. Specific optional uses rely on your separate consent; legal obligations may require some records to be retained.

Requesting a verification code authorizes an SMS for that request only. It does not authorize promotional messages. We do not enroll you in marketing through account registration or phone verification. Agency approval and publication decisions are reviewed by people; approval is separate from phone verification.

Your public talent profile

Public profiles use a category ID instead of your personal name. Approved category, location, age, gender, biography, professional measurements and experience, travel preferences and watermarked portfolio imagery can be visible when the agency publishes your profile. Your contact details and pending revisions remain private. Unverified profiles may be published, but only agency-approved identity and adult-age verification earns a Verified badge. The badge records agency review, not a guarantee of authenticity or professional suitability. A visible face or portfolio can still identify you; a category ID does not make a profile anonymous.

Profile-detail edits and new uploads require agency review. Selecting an already-approved portfolio photo as your main profile photo takes effect immediately. You can immediately hide your own portfolio media in the workspace or contact us about withdrawing public material. Copies already downloaded or shared by others may remain outside our control. Public portfolio consent must be obtained separately before live applicant workflows are released.

Providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts the application, database, private storage and security services. Resend processes recipient email addresses and transactional message content to deliver transactional agency emails and report delivery outcomes. Twilio processes your phone number and verification request to deliver and check SMS codes. GeoJS receives your IP for an approximate country suggestion, which you can change manually. Fonts are hosted with the website.

Authorized agency staff can review private application and portfolio records. We may share information necessary for a project with relevant clients or collaborators, with appropriate notice and authorization. Mux processes uploaded portfolio videos and embeds the agency watermark. Authorized reviewers and uploaders can view private videos. Once the agency approves media and publishes the profile, anyone can view its watermarked photos and videos without signing in. Private originals and uploader identity are not displayed publicly. Mux receives video content and playback requests; video viewing contacts its delivery infrastructure. We do not sell personal information or share SMS opt-in consent for third-party marketing.

Providers and collaborators may operate in different countries. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be checked for the operating business and destinations before public launch. Contact us for information about the arrangements that apply to your data; this notice does not claim that every international transfer is already covered.

Security and retention

Private media is protected by account ownership and administrator authorization. Public images use approved watermarked derivatives rather than private originals. Authenticator enrollment is optional; an enabled authenticator must be verified for account access. Verification requests are rate limited. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Identity-proof files are deleted after approval or denial, or after 30 days if unreviewed. File access closes immediately when review ends or expires; if storage deletion fails, the system retries automatically. A minimal outcome, method, reviewer, time and consent record remains without an ID copy. Other information is kept for the period needed for its purpose, considering account activity, application/project status, legal obligations, disputes and security needs. We have not adopted a fixed retention schedule for every record category; the detailed schedule and deletion process must be finalized before public intake is enabled. Ask us about a particular record or request deletion. We do not promise an automatic deletion date that has not been implemented.

Your choices and rights

Contact contact@thecastingstreet.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, where those rights apply. We may verify your identity before acting and explain any legal or operational limits. You may also contact the privacy regulator responsible for your location.

Where a use depends on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful use. To stop verification messages, do not request further codes; contact us for assistance. Where the sender supports replies, you may use STOP to opt out. Withdrawing required verification permission can limit profile editing and uploads while your phone remains unverified; you can still request privacy removal.

Talent intake at initial launch is limited to adults aged 18 or older. Minor applications and guardian workflows are not available. Do not submit a minor’s application or identification documents through this website.
